AFAIK USB GSM modems aren't easy to get hold of & use. A nice
alternative is those battery powered "mobile wifi" things, that make
a connection over 3G/4G and present it over wifi. Then you can set
up VOIP appropriately to receive and make calls over that. That is
good isolation :)
