[Replicant] GTA04 boards and complete devices ready for ordering

Good to hear that the kernel is moving forward. I'll try to take a close
look at the work that has been done by Goldelico on the Replicant front,
and see what I can integrate back in upstream Replicant before or soon
after we move to a newer version.
