I agree with the idea but the wording sounds odd: "that is loaded by that
integrated circuit" makes it sound like the storage is loaded, not the firmware.
I suggest the following wording: "from where they are loaded by that integrated
circuit".

Please don't use the personal form ("we"), make what you're talking about the
subject of the sentence.
