[Replicant] [PATCH v2][ 06/11] freedom-privacy-security-issues: Free hardware does exist today

See the follow-up discussion on v1 of this patch. I agree with the change as it
is now, since it's mostly rewording, but we need to provide more information on
this issue.

Depending on whether you want to do it now or later or wait for my draft (it'll
require more time to discuss and review), you might want to take it out of this
series.
