[Replicant] i9300 call quality issue again

Hello all,

After messing up my EFS system, I finally found someone who could fix 
it. However, now I have a call quality issue which seems to be the same 
as this one: http://redmine.replicant.us/boards/9/topics/4227. The 
system sounds work fine, but phone call quality is so bad that I cannot 
understand anything. Call quality is fine using Cyanogenmod 10.1.

Any suggestions?
