Personally I have little faith in Purism, they have systematically moved
from promising freedom to promising "privacy and security". They had the
correct ideals, at the start, but then realized a freedom respecting device
is no trivial task, and completely backtracked. I don't expect much from a
phone they make, it'll probably run a snapdragon.
