I think it's a good idea to add this to the FAQ! I've already been mentioning it
during talks and it's somewhat mentioned on the freedom-privacy-security page,
but it wouldn't hurt to have it in the FAQ.

We could explicitly mention OsmocomBB by name here. Also, I thought "functional"
implies that no host PC is required. Is it the case?
