Hi,

The contact address is only for private inquiries that cannot be made
public.
Public inquiries have are to be handled in the mailing list.
I've CC-ed the mailing list for convenience.

WiFi doesn't work without the non-free firmwares and we don't provide
them because they are non-free.

The original mail:
- was empty.
- Had the question in the subject
- Had a signature with: "Thanks in advance." in many language and had a
  phone number.
