[Replicant] redmine.replicant.us down for maintenance on Wednesday morning

Hi all,

redmine.replicant.us will be down for maintenance between 9 AM and 10 AM
the morning of Wednesday, April 19th, PST. The wiki, issue tracker and
forum won't be usable during that time.

The downtime is scheduled for one hour by OSUOSL, but the Redmine
instance will likely be down for much less time.
