[Replicant] Mentioning donations in release announcements

Hi all -- Congrats on the release! I suggest that release announcements
mention the opportunity to donate and encourage people to do so (at
<https://my.fsf.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=19>.)

Donations help buy development hardware, and fund travel to conferences
to talk about Replicant.

I also notice there is no donate link on blog.replicant.us. Want to add
one?

Even though the release post has already been seen by a lot of people, I
don't think it's too late to edit and add a link. :)
