[Replicant] kernel_samsung_smdk4412: enable /proc/last_kmsg

Hi,

It would be beneficial to have /proc/last_kmsg enabled for the kernel
kernel_samsung_smdk4412. Users could then easily send their kernel logs
for developers to look at. I included a patch to do this. Tested on i9305.
