[Replicant] i9300: USB issue => No adb

I have the same issue on my i9300 with Replicant 6.0.0002 from both OS and 
recovery. Similarly, the prompt to accept the computer's RSA key never 
appears.

I just tested using heimdall to flash back to 6.0.0001 recovery as I know I 
have successfully used adb from there in the past, but this attempt to 
sideload the system zip produces the same error as 6.0.0002.

I then tested downgrading to android-tools-7.1.2_r27-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz from 
my pacman cache, and I was able to successfully adb sideload the Replicant 
6.0.0002 system zip from recovery. I was also able to receive the rsa prompt 
and adb install APKs once Replicant was running.

It seems android-tools 8.0 is the culprit.
