[Replicant] Usage notes: backup

Some additions:

Regarding backups, I would like to suggest adding SMS Backup+.  It can 
backup your SMSs and call logs to an IMAP server, and restore them. 
Every time I reinstall Replicant, I use it to restore my call log and 
SMSs, and the phone looks just like the old one did.  It can't restore 
MMS, but I don't care.

Regarding AdAway, what about DNS66?  It seems newer.  How do they compare?

Regarding geo-location, I have lately not bothered to install GPS on my 
Replicant since UnifiedNLP with the Mozilla Location Service works 
sufficiently well for maps, geocaching etc.

Regarding contacts and calendars, there definitely should be a link to 
the awesome DAVDroid.  Use it against Nextcloud and it has been stable 
for years, and I'm a heavy calendar user.
