I think it would be way faster if you try to describe it.

Fastboot is only used for the Galaxy Nexus, and is not supported in our
installation guides for other Replicant 6.0 supported devices.
In the installation guides for all the other supported devices (and the
Galaxy S3 4G (i9305) which is not complete yet(telephony)) uses
Heimdall.
Using fastboot for devices that are to be installed through Heimdall or
using Heimdall for devices that are to be installed with fastboot was
not tested, and may break your phone.

device specific.
