[Replicant] SIM not recognized in Galaxy Note II

Hi, just had a look at the Note II, and think lineage OS uses libqmi. My
only guess is that the modem is not yet supported and there is an error
in the documentation, but could be wrong. If the modem is supported,
then it would be useful to know how, for the Galaxy S III LTE also.
