[seagrant-dev] What's Fresh apk (Oregon's Catch)

Yep, I got them, and didn't notice they didn't go out to everyone.

I had the same problem with What's Fresh location - I was inside, 
though, so I wasn't sure if it just wasn't finding gps. I'll try them 
both outside soon.
