[seagrant-dev] What's Fresh apk (Oregon's Catch)

Evan,

Progress is slow. We discovered some new configuration problems deploying What's Fresh to iOS devices. However, looking back on what we said Wednesday:

Updates are in blue because I'm a sad panda.

- Phonegap builds for iOS and Android that correctly include art assets

Phonegap builds are working for both projects and both platforms. All art assets are linking correctly. However, building/deploying What’s Fresh was broken as of this morning due to configuration settings referring to the google maps api. I have a path forward to a fix, but no pull requests ready yet.

- gracefully handling location plugin errors

Michael is handling this behavior right now. He and Rob will check in with you next week.

- gracefully handling server connection issues

Rob is handling this behavior. Again, he and Michael will check in next week.

- Android built-in back button access

We have a path forward on this item, but we don’t have any pull requests ready.

I will be out of town next week to help my girlfriend move back to Atlanta during the snowstorm, but feel free to use my personal email if there are urgent issues: Justin.h.carr at gmail.com<mailto:Justin.h.carr at gmail.com>. You are also welcome to try my cell phone, but coverage will be in and out on the drive.

Best of luck,

Justin

How's the progress coming on fixing the issues?
